sublet needed

heatray5dSo it looks like my awesome roommate Peter is moving out a couple months early. We're looking for someone to take over his portion of the lease for April-June. I'm going to move into my own place in June, so after that the subletter is on his own.
My only requirements for a short-term roommate are nonsuckitude and the abilities to not kill my cats or break any of my shit. If you know someone, let me know.
Huge bedroom in a 2-floor Central Square apartment. 2 blocks from Harvest, 3 from Whole Foods, 4 from Star Market. 2 blocks to the red line. Apartment is entirely furnished except for the open room. Apartment has 2 cats and a giant but usually pleasant-smelling nerd.
Sublet term: April 1-June 30
Rent: $750
Utilities: ~$45
Cable: ~$27
Insurance: $10
