There are still tickets for the Friday evening session of the American Craft Beer Fest. If you’re waffling about whether to go to the Friday evening (6/18) session or not, that's the one I'm going to so man up and get your ticket now!

Also, the same weekend. I’m going to see Gwar at the house of Blues. Because it’s traditional, I’m obligated to invite you all to come with me knowing full well that no one will. But I’m going to go, and it’s going to be awesome. If you like things that are awesome, you should really come with me. I promise to protect you from the metalheads.

Finally, Social Distortion is playing Lupos in Providence on 7/30, and tickets are still on sale. The last time I saw Social D was 1992 (with the Ramones!). If for no other reason, this show will be worth going to in order to see what Mike Ness’s pompadour looks like with a bald spot.
