Today the writer who always derails meetings with pop culture references derailed our one on one by saying "Who?" when I said someone looked like Carl Sagan. Then I spent the rest of our 30 minute meetings repeating the words "Carl Sagan" to him more and more slowly, with slight variations in inflection, while he kept asking "Who?"

I'm still confused.
